ORDER in Three Easy Steps
1. Select your item number from the Preferences and Price List.
2a. When shipping your
Photograph(s),
please be sure to include your completed printable order form with your item number selections and a
check or money order payable to KRISTIE O'BRIEN.

2b. Attach your Photograph(s)
to an email with your item number selections, mailing address, quantity, photo
file name and send a
check or money order payable to KRISTIE O'BRIEN.
(see specifications below)
Step 3. Send your Photograph(s).
Black and white or color Photographs should be a close up view of
the flower, person, pet, place, etc.

Photograph Submission
Specifications for Shipped Photographs
Standard 3 1/2" x 5" Photographs and larger are fine for submission. Please mark the back of the
Photograph with the Item Number you have selected. The Photographs will be returned
with the Jewelry. Please protect the Photographs for shipping by backing them up
with cardboard within the envelope. (We are not responsible for damage to
Photographs during shipping to us).

Attach a 500k to 1mb size, .jpg or .tiff, RGB,
300 dpi image in IBM/PC byte order to an email with your order information
including (please use one line per Photograph):
Item Numbers - Quantity - Photo File Name
